3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

AstroDexa offers a free tier with limited features. Free accounts have restrictions on the number of workspaces, charts, and available chart types.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Basic and Pro tiers) are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after the billing period ends.

4.4 Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or any other reason. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by AstroDexa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

You retain ownership of the chart data and information you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Data Usage and Service Improvement

7.1 Free Tier Data Usage

By using the Service under the Free tier, you acknowledge and agree that AstroDexa may utilize aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified chart data and usage patterns for the purposes of internal analytics, service improvement, algorithm refinement, and enhancement of the overall user experience. Such utilization shall be conducted in a manner that maintains the confidentiality of your personal information and shall not result in the disclosure of individually identifiable data to third parties. All data processed under this provision shall remain subject to appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

7.2 Paid Subscription Data Exclusion

Users who maintain an active paid subscription (Basic or Pro tier) are exempt from the data usage provisions set forth in Section 7.1. Chart data and associated information created by paid subscribers shall be used solely for the purpose of providing the Service and shall not be utilized for internal analytics, service improvement initiatives, or any other purpose beyond direct service delivery. This exclusion shall remain in effect for the duration of the paid subscription period.

AstroDexa provides astrological calculations and information for entertainment and educational purposes only. The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on astrological information.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRODEXA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
